The Voortman V808 doesn’t need a clean cut with every new product in a nesting. Besides reducing the scrap to a minimum this is also a time saving option as the last cut of a product is also the first cut of the next product. The V808 can import DSTV+ files or use VACAM’s beam nesting module to create continuous nestings and get the most product from each stock length to reduce costs.

The VoortmanV807 is our newest coping robotic. It can process profile widths upto 1.050mm (42") when necessary. You can heat process the V808's robotics thermally for rat holes or seismic structural design connections, such as slotted web or "dog bone" cuts.
